[HELP] Junior officer Nicholas Dyke quest problem

who can a i talk to about the slave buyers location. i saw in the walkthrough posted on this site that some people in the "pub" could help. i have talked to everyone in the tavern, and have seen no dialogue relating to finding the man.

I hope someone will help me with this, as its had me for a while now...

One of the drunks in the "pub" should tell you that a merchant has rented a house in the town. This is the merchant you need - the house he has rented is the 1st on the right as you exit the "pub" past the moneylender. If the drunks in the pub don't talk to you about this - try exiting the pub and going to the house to check if Weston ( the merchant ) is there and see if the quest will continue. ( you have to loot Weston's chest when he is not looking ).
