Need Help [HELP] POTC Mefisto in Coas

Hi.
I'm not modder, and it's very unlikely for me to be a modder, becouse my english isn't very good, as you can see, but i was always dreaming about Black Frigate "Mefisto" from POTC in AoP:COAS, becouse it is my favourite ship ever.
I thought that if this games both works in nearly the same engine, so it wouldn't be any problems...
I tried to add Mefisto as a new ship, following instructions Luke159 ( http://forum.piratesahoy.net/index.php/topic/14996-ships-ported-over-from-potc/page__st__20 ) but it doesen't works - game won't start - Visuall C++ Runtime Error. I don't know why. (Yes, there was "1" after every shipname in GM files)
In this topic there were some download links of ported ships, but... files were on the Megaupload. Thx ACTA! >.<

So then i tried to rename and replace Mefisto files with COAS Arabella.
As you know, POTC ships have only one textures file in RESOURCE/Textures/Ships - Mefisto file is "bortoutfrigate_sat.tga", but in COAS, every ship has "Hull1","Hull2","Hull3". So I put this one Mefisto file (renamed as Arabella) to this three Hulls.
Model works fine, but textures... they don't, as you can see:

What i must do to make it works, with no Runtime Error?
