my problem is that i have the game in russian and i want to "change" it into english, i dont have any idea how to make this change

do i have to download any patch or something to convert the dialogs?

Download the build. It will replace all text with their English versions, while also adding a number of mods.
It also includes the required executable and DLLs to make the Russian version into the English one (and thus accept mods).
