Fixed Hire Officer in Tavern (Officer Type - Guard) Bug

I tried to hire an Officer in A Tavern - the dialog did not show the officer type & when I looked at their Skills it said she was a Guard ( never met that type of officer before ).

After talking to her the Officer Tutorial bloke came up and talked to me as normal.

@Levis, this should not be happening, should it?
I thought only officer types with "usableoffictype" at true could show up as hireable ones?

This is the only thing I could find, which might screw up the system.
So please check with this please .

That appears to work - tested it a couple of times - she was a Gunner, then a Quartermaster.
