Solved HMS VICTORY

Where would i find the HMS Victory would it be in the bay of any British Colony and would i have to fight it to claim it or could ti battle it while i'm out at sea

First you need to be at the appropriate level in the game in order for it to spawn.

Second, you can find the ship in any colony's stores, assuming they have it in stock so to speak.

Third, you can also find the ship on the world map under various flags, not necessarily the English.

I'm not sure, but it will be late in the game, when you start seeing class 1,2 and 3 ships on the world map you'll be probably at the level in which you can command one or at least command it without taking too much of a penalty.
