In "Hornblower", you go to Guadeloupe to meet Major Hogan and help Teresa Moreno recover a relic from the church. You, Harper and Cooper change into civilian clothes. When you've done so, if you talk to Cooper there is no talking head; the panel where a head would normally appear is blank.
At 'case "Collect_Harper_Cooper"', Harper and Cooper get their civilian outfits. (You got yours a few cases earlier.) Harper's talking head is fine but Cooper's is missing, which will become apparent inside the church if not before because that's when you ask Cooper for his pick-lock.
