Solved How do I edit ships_name?

While I read the books about Horatio Hornblower, I have added every ship name I came across, to the file ships_name. But I must have done something wrong, because I have noticed, that the English and the French ships no longer have names.

What conditions must I consider, if I try to edit the file ships_name (number of names in each line, number of lines in total, more?)? And is it the file, the game engine picks names from?

Do you have any error.log file in your main game folder?
It is the correct file and the number of ship names per line doesn't make much of a difference as far as I know.
But a typo somewhere could mess things up.

It appears to be a case of ignorance and not a typo. I only recently began to use the New Horizons package and haven't gotten used to the shorter range of vision of the telescope. That was the cause of the missing names.
