Need Help How do I improve the loyalty of the heroic officers?

I think the loyalty of officers depends on their reputation - compared to the players reputation.

for example
If the player is a good person then officers that have a good reputation will be more loyal and their loyalty will increase as the player does more good things. ( and officers with a bad reputation will loose loyalty)

And the reverse happens if the player has a bad reputation and does bad things.

Well I know how do acts of evil (namely board ships, capture the crew). But counts as "good actions" that is what I want to know.
