How to change flags on ships?

Ok Im running POTC with the NK build mod,

It seems I thought I could disguise my ship by changing my flag from english but all it did is say IM now flying a Neutral Pirate flag Argh! or somthing like that.Well for some reason I see no other options to change my flag to anther nation while sailing.Is there a way or am I stuck now with Pirate colors?

You have to go in the personal menu (F2) and in international affairs.
Here you will choose one nation and press "turn colors".

I really like the website you got here.My first pirate game experience was Pirates on the `8-bit` nintendo years ago,a true classic.Now Ive got POTC with the 11 Build and its truely great.Also ordered a copy of Sea Dogs 1.I cant get over the naval battles in this game.Truely amazing!
