Howto mod...?

Or is such Mod already anywhere? I want to play a Women :-/

Welcome to the family! You seem to have some pretty solid english skills, so don't stress it.

There have already been some mods done to add playable characters to the game. I don't know if any of them have been female. The other snafu is the fact that all of them have been done in russian. There are lots of interesting looking mods that have been by the russian fans.

I'll post up a link here later on today.

I'm looking very forward to the interesting things all our mod making fans will make for this one.

I've changed the Peter Blood's outfit. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I got the new outfit's texture from that hardcore mod. Looks much better than the original skin IMO.. that new skin looks just splendid on him and it's more piratey. I changed the outfit so that I didn't replaced Peter Blood's young/original face. I just have to change the lion thingy's texture now which I left unchanged and I also planned to change his hair to brown. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

I had a look at the files and the Russians seem to have 2 more characters if I am correct.
The other heroes you meet in the game are interesting: Horatio Hornblower for example.
When modding starts, I would like to request 2 characters: Jack Sparrow (Pirates) and a French.
