im lost! where is pirate island?

um.. im on the rheims quest... after the jail break...

but i cant proceed anywhere. what do i have to do? where is pirate island? i saw it earlier but i cant seem to find it again. please? anyone help me?

Its named Quebradas Costillas. Its the island directly south of Oxbay.
