little help please

ive been tryin to use the tool program to make a new model for aop. i basically wanted to take the french officer body and use blazes head and change the color of the over coat to black. but im modding illiterate and not making much progress if anyone can do it or give me some info id appreciate it.

Hm, i remember that <a href="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/index.php?showuser=2539" target="_blank">alan smithee</a> played with replacing heads with Inez's tool some time ago.
