Doesn't look to be the usual "jetty ship" issue, so a quick fix would be to move the ship locators a bit further out to sea in that location model.

I don't think that quite qualifies.
@Grey Roger and/or @Jack Rackham: Would you be willing to move the locator a bit further to seaward to prevent this?
Should be easy enough to do, right?
I can do that as I have done it earlier. But after the weekend.
