Hi!
I on the mission i gona kill the Edward law and i have heading to the town "cumana"But were is he?
i have locked in tavern,monyloader,store,recistance all places cant find him.
so plz help me! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
PS:how can i get the Spanish to be neutral with me? They only attacking me once i get to a Spanish town.

Edward Law is not in Cumana - he is on a brig pirating the waters near that town.

To make Spanish towns/forts your friend you need a Spanish trading license - not cheap and usually not worth it; the diplomat in pirate taverns sells them.
Most of the time it's enough to have decent stealth skill and sail under their flag.

But in the early game you can sneak in to town can i do it in this game?
And where is he outside the Cumana?

Sure, you can try to sneak in anytime. Your stealth is pretty low at game start, but there are plenty stealth bonus items around.

Last time I did it I was flying Spanish colors to fool the fort and sailed near Cumana, entered sea mode and there he was with his brig..
