Need Help Modding Question

I recently started playing this game with the ERAS 2 mod after playing TEHO for quite some time. In TEHO Hooks mod changed the speed at which days went by on the world map. I was wondering if a mod exists for this game that changes the same thing.
If no such thing exists, how can i change it myself ?
