Need help installing build 13 update 3

What do I have to do? Where do I put the downloaded folder? When I run the runme.bat it says files not specified.
I'm worried that If i just copy the folders into the main POTC folder, that they may overwrite.

Have you executed <b>build13_full.exe</b>? If that's true, you should extract <b>b13_update3_full.zip</b> into main game folder, overwriting existing files.
