Need help Please

ahoy there, everytime i try to start a new game it does not work, i read that someone else had the same problem and that deleting the sea.dll file made it work, this works but means that i cannot leave the first island as everytime the sea should show up the game crashes. any help would be great, thanks

Download my MODULES folder <a href="http://pieter.piratesahoy.org/downloads/modules.zip" target="_blank">here</a> and extract it to your PotC folder. If the game doesn't run with it, install Build 12.1 on top. My folder came from my Build 12.1 version of the game.
