Listen to us man that is like the third or fourth time we have said the mod is NOT FOR AGE OF PIRATES its FOR PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN and you need PotC for it to work

Then it's not going to work either. You have to install on top of the 2003 Pirates of the Caribbean game.
I just pointed you to our FAQ, which clearly states that AND provides links to more information on the game AND purchase links.

ok i fix the prob now got a nuther one i go to start a new game and crashes... = close to desktop

Yep thats the one. Now read the FAQ... like Pieter has told you a couple of times

And make sure you follow the correct install instructions

It is NEVER going to work, UNLESS you install on top of the correct game.
This mod is NOT for Age of Pirates!
