Need Help Need some help with importing new characters

I'm trying to import some new characters for my mod. I started by using the original ones from COAS. I have done the standard procedure, but I get this glitch on all of the 3 characters that I tried:

If someone can give me some advice what is missing? I have imported files from:
- Resource/Models/Characters
- Resource/Textures/Characters

Maybe you also need to import animations?
It looks like to me that the model uses animations that don't work with it.

Managed to figure it out. COAS has animations in herodescribe named man, while POTC characters use animation calle man2_ab. So changing that fixed the issue.
