Well the Happily Ever After DLC for TEHO is still in development i think.
So i do not know if this is true, but you never know?

Since everything we see for now are beautifully drawn pictures and no actual gameplay-material, I would just keep calm.

Also, my experiences with games from Russian developers are... less than stellar, I'm afraid. They have no qualms about trying out new stuff and going through with excellent ideas where larger studios just tend to play it safe, but those get quickly buried under a bug-ridden wreck. Maybe due to not having enough funds to do proper testing and quality control before releasing.
