ogg vorbis rings a bell, not reeally sure though.

Id try download.com and put ogg in the search field there

Try this, I haven't, but it looks nice, and it's a free trial with I think no real limitations...

Try the Ashampoo player, that´s for free and plays .ogg files. It´s a bit prone to crashing, though.
