On Screen Display - Removing Help

Does Anyone know how to remove everything on the on-screen display in the 3rd person view. In other words, when sailing and looking at your ship, is there a way to turn OFF the Compass, Wind, Ammo, and Menu display for clean screenshots and or video?

I would like to remove these items for cleaner pictures when i do a screen capture.

Please help if you know how, .. thank you very very much!

I've heard there is a way to do that, but am uncertain of just what needs to be done. If I find out, I'll let you know, Brent.
