Fixed 'Patric and the Idols' quest

1. NG Build 14, Tuesday 27th March 2018 on Rus PoTC + 1.03r patch.
2. When you talks to Patric Cardone, the trader in front of Martinique tavern, and say him: "I can see you're busy. ..."(you refuse to listen him), the Questbook updates with the 'Patric and the Idols' quest. And it happens every time when you say him this phrase. If it refuses to works an usual trader untill the quest will be done (or refuses at all, i don't know), it's wrong that Questbook updates every time you try to talks him for a trade.

4. Program\internalsettings.h changes only (// Included in Iron Man Mode and // LOG, LOOKS & EFFECTS sections).

Put the attached file into "PROGRAM\DIALOGS". This version sets a new attribute when you first exit the dialog without accepting the quest, and checks the presence of that attribute before trying to update the questbook. Also, if you decline the quest entirely, the questbook now closes down, which it didn't before.
