I've just decided to come back to the forum after being away for quite awhile having already played POTC and AOP, I've now started AOP2 { had to order the game from the oversea's because it's not due out in Aus for another month } and am doing the peter blood quest's and I'm stuck on completing the one eyed gunner were I have to pay the moneylender 5000 and the Nicolas dyke quest's hope some one can help

Those two are related. Talk to Bishop (in his house at the plantation) first, then to one of the drunks in the pub. You'll learn the buyer is a certain Weston and has rented a house in the town. It's the first house on the right from the tavern, go there. When he turns his back or goes upstairs, steal the money from the chest, then use it to pay the moneylender.
