pirate hunting

now this's weird. i went to redmond governor for lettter of marqaue. so i help him fight pirates. i completed the quest, but the quest book is not updated.. now i cant take any pirates hunting quest already. any solutions?

Are you sure you killed the correct pirate? Sometimes there are more than one pirates. Better kill them all.

Wouldn't it be great to have the ship's names appear in the sail-to menu above the icons? I don't know if that could be done, but it would be most useful in such cases. Perhaps limit this to when you have a good spyglass.
