Did you try the Flying Dutchman ones with the fresh install?

Sure did. No workie. I bet if I had a reinit.c file I could get it to work. Sadly, I'm a moron, so I dunno how to do that.

The Build Mod has a number of both unique and different sails, such as
- Flying Dutchman (Davy Jones)
- Flying Dutchman (Will Turner)
- Black Pearl (Jack Sparrow)
- Black Pearl (Barbossa)
- Pure White Sail
- Pirate (Black) sail
- Weathered sails
- White and Red Sail
- Red Sail
- White and Blue Sail

I think that all ships have Weathered but the Dutchman and Pearl.
The pirate ships have Black Sails
and the Dauntless and Endeavour have pure white sails

Other ships in game uses the other varieties <img src="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

There is also the option of putting emblems on the sails in the Build so hopefully we can put this into CoAS sometime <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

what download has all these sails you mentioned and how do i get into the game

Those are from the PotC build mod. You can get it here on the forums or in the FTP server. But to get those sails you have to download the WHOLE thing, which is sad.

Sorry I don't have a screenshot. I dunno what button it is to take an ingame screenie. I tried printscreen but nothing went to the clipboard. Anyway...

I did a recolour of that dragon sail. It's the classic black and gold stripes that so many theatrical pirates seem to like.

Also, would it be possible to get my hands on the original blue and white striped sail, with no dragon?

Once you change the line just start a new game with that as your starting ship

If someone actually asked me nicely (for once) to put a pack with the above sails I might have done it. But they either just ask if there is a pack or complain about having to download the whole thing.

It isnt to hard to say: "Do you think you could posibble upload the files into a single pack for me and post a link"

I got a little problem with the pirate flag.

I edited it to have a nice big, clear skull and crossed swords on it. But now there's a grey border on the flag that makes is square instead of having those two points.

Finally got a screenie made:

Any advice for getting rid of that grey part? I think it may have something to do with the fact that psp made it a 'merged image' when it saved it.

ConverterTX doesn't have an option for that that I can see. Is it in psp?

I Thought about uploading it, but I'd have to upload the entire flag file, which includes all the flags. I don't want to go around replacing everyone's flags.

Does anyone want those sails? I could put those on the ftp.

So i was thinking, is it possible to make sails shown on ships random through some sort of script? Or perhaps list multiple sail.tx and the game picks one randomly? Then you could add that code to all ships and see them in different sails all the time.
