Need Help Pirates of the Caribbean PC or AOP: City of Abandoned Ships?

So I've been looking at gameplay on City of Abandoned Ships and it looks alot better then the fresh POTC install, but can you give me a little info about them both, i.e pros/cons about the games and pros/cons about the typing of mods available for them, would really help me out deciding =]
