Need Help Pistol reload every screen

Hello every one, english low lvl. I have problem with gun ammo. Lead ball, grape shot or paper cartridge loaded red star on image but when i talk with anyone or just get in next screen ther is a yellow star i must reload again. What can i do with that.

You could try to use and load another pistol or weapon and change back to your favourite one afterwards or save your savegame folder and reinstall the whole game.
