Please help me guys and tell me what tools do i need to mod the sound files of the game, do i need a special converter? how do i change wav's to game format and where do i place the new sound files wether that is music or sounds?

I don't think you have to do anything to the .wav files, just rename the file your using to the one your going to replace.
