PotC game with build 13 crashes to desktop

First of all, I'm new here ^^. I looked looked for a good mod for ages, until I found this site. The build mod is very nice indeed, but after a couple of days, it crashes to desktop 1 sec after the savegame is loaded. It doesn't give any error. I've installed the third patch the day before, maybe that is te problem?

I think you hit on the problem yourself. Everything must be loaded in order for the game to work properly.
I would suggest you reload everything and your problem will hopefully be solved.
Believe this is the proper order: Unmodded POTC
Build 12.1
Pre Build 13 Base version (296mb)
Build 13 Beta Full version (22.1mb)
Any additional mods
Build 14 Alpha 6, if you want to use it.

Follow Pieters's instructions on his page and you should encounter no problems.

shouldn't you install build 13 update 3 after build 13?
