Weird. Very weird.

Very silly question, but: are you running any mods? Especially the build. If so, which version?
Specifically, do you have EURO mode turned on?

At this time only the Build Version 11. No the EURO in not checked. The game will dio the same thing straight from the box too. It never has played on the laptop.

Well, try changing EURO to 1 just to be sure (if you haven't yet).
