Protecting ship at Oxbay crash

When I arrive at Oxbay to protect the ship (where the Maltese Knight is on) The game crashes while loading.
Anybody having/had the same problem.
I tried the "T" and "I" button, won't work.
I am running Mod v11.0

Please advice.

Please run the build installer again and select only online updates and go through the installation. That's a known bug and was fixed in the update.
