After capturing the town in eleuthera, puerta la paz I think, after asking the governor to transfer the government to me. I can't move. I can look around but I can't move. I can't access the F1 and F2. So how do I fix it?

I don't know what happened or why, but good chance that pressing F12 will get you out of it.

F12 did not work. But I figured out what may be causing the problem. I think changing the name of the city bugs the game causing you to be immobile. Because after several tries that seemed to be the problem. You could change the city name at the colonies section at F2 after exiting the residence.

Odd. I've tried that before and it normally works for me.
Anyway, if that gets you past the issue, that is fine by me.

F12 is console right? I switched it to 0 which is reload, but unfortunately, it did not work.

Indeed console switch(0) is what I was thinking of.
