Quicksave

I can't do a quicksave. Must I change something in the POTC settings ?

Why can't you do a quicksave? It's the F5 button in Build 12, isn't it? Or was it the * button? Can't quite remember. What happens if you press it either of these buttons? Please pay no attention to the "Bad Save" flag; the save actually does work, even though the game says it doesn't.

If I press F5 (or F8=quickload(?)) nothing happend and in the options-menue I see that * is the quicksave button but nothing happend if I press it. And I cna't change the quickload/quicksave buttons in the options-menue

Did you install Build 12 correctly? I know it used to work. If you press *, does a new savegame show up in the saved games menu? I suppose not. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Nothing work. Anyone hre, who knows in which file is whitch code for the quicksave option ?
I don't want to reinstall the build 12 + others

If I understand it right is in quicksave.c. the quicksave-action. But in which file is the code "when I press XX than quicksave->quicksave.c." ??

I suppose the CONTROLS\init_pc.c file.
