realistic sailing & mod download

hey all
Ok, quick questions...1[in realistic sailing mode,can we sail from isle to isle w/out 2x or 30x speed mode?
2[i am running build 13 full, is the new build13.1 mod made to update build13 full or is it just for build13 beta9?

You can't sail from islands to island, no. The update I released today is meant for use with Build 13 Beta 9, but also with Build 13 Full. Starting a new game is recommended.

yeah,that's what i thought w/ the island to island issue.But,i forgot to ask what's the best way to travel from isle to isle,in 2x mode or 30x, cause it's a guessing game trying to figure out the exact minutes to let pass by in order to get to an isle.I hope this makes sense.Also,just to make clear,all i need to do is extract b13.1 files over existing b13 full files,correct?
