restore save files

By an unfortunately accident, I deleted a profile including some save files under it in-game.

However,i made a backup of these files before,so i copy/paste them into the dir where they were stored before the deleting.but the files are unable to use,they were shown as " Bad save" in the Load interface.

What mistake i've made? and how to restore them? They are important for me.

You first have to recreate the profile using EXACTLY the same name and options that were selected at the beginning of the game.
Then you can drop the saved games intot the save profile folder and then they will load.
If anything is different (spelling of profile name, spacing, or game options) the saves will show up as a "bad save"
