Runtime error on startup

My game refuses to start, it gives me a runtime error, (Program: C:\Games\Pirates\ENGINE.exe) abnormal program termination.

I only get this error with build 14 beta 3, (2.5 works properly).

Please post the .log files from your main game folder.
