Is there any mod that can paint sails or put emblem in them? I need only this sail mini mod without extra things.
I tested the russian mods but doesnt worked on me.

Right here on the forum there's a program you can download to make .tga.tx (CoAS texture files) into .tga files, which can be edited using paint shop pro or photoshop. You can make any sail you want that way. If you REPLACE the original sail file, you don't need to restart a new game, but if you just ADD the new sails, you will need a restart, as well as editing the ships file to make the ship you want have the new sails.
