Sail to

If i remember correctly then during battle in AoP i was able to use sail to command but in CoAS it won't . Can i somehow get rid of that.Because naval battles are too long without sail to command.

Just use "R" button to speed up the game and if that is too slow than keep pressing "+" on the num pad side to increase game flow even further.
