i have the same problem as sverre; clement cowers when i walk in, not allowing me to free him from greenford prison. any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Have you or one of your officers killed a cititzen ?
If so, load an older savegame and retry it !

no, i dont take any officers with me and the topic i mentioned was 'Big problem with greenford prison' or something like that.
