Spanish quests help - The Brazillian rock guy

well i managed to capture him and went back to the governer general of havana, he told me to go to santiago inquistion .. i went there but there's no dialouge option with anyone to actually deliver the guy .. what'd i do wrong ? and oh i read something about a cardinal guy .. cant find him inside the inquisition
