Fixed Street Merchant HP Increasing during Attack

Nop, that's not the case for sure. I wasn't levelling up; If you have looked at the savegame, you will know what I am talking about. It's the same issue with the street merchants increasing HP during attack, but in this case, is with bandits and officers.

This one goes back to "Fixed". The separate "HP increasing for random characters" issue seems to also have been solved as per the most recent release.
