The Pirates' Relationship

Is there any way to raise your relationship with the Pirates? Every pirate town I went in, every main pirate that says "Go away!". So, is there a way?

First: Welcome to the forum!
Second: You can increase your relation with the pirates by joining them, I think. But that can only be done in the Build. Plus then you'll be at war with every other nation.
