Are there any unofficial patches for Age of Pirates 2 vanilla version? I don't need the mod itself just a bug fixes that fix the existing bugs in base game, are there any?

No sorry. The first and oldest mod for COAS called the JA mod - fixes all the vanilla bugs and adds about 20 to 30 additional ships and 20 new characters. That's ALL it does and the additional ships and characters are a nice simple game enriching add-on. No interface or behavior changes at all.
Look for the mod at the beginning of the mini mods section. Let me know if it's no longer there - I will hang a new link.
