Not a Bug Vanderdecken's shipyard has no gun size limt

Not sure if this is a bug or just something meant to be. You can install any size of gun onto any type of ship as long as you have money for it.

This one is completely intentional.
He sells oversized cannons too and this allows you to install them on whatever ships you want.

Absolutely not.

But the guy is cursed.
He doesn't care.

None at all.
They're just expensive; that's all.
And some have ridiculous amounts of HP, which I recall also causes really long cannon reload times.
But if you want to have cursed fun and can afford to do so: nobody is stopping you.

You only get both positive AND negative effects if you get your regular ship cursed using Aztec Coins.
Could also be fun though. If you want to try.
And if you're clever about it, then it is reversible.
