2- may I change allegiance, going to Portugal?
3- I don't want come again in the English quest and allegiance: if I attack English ships change something?

5-Where I find soe info about ships?I want learn about, for choose the best ship for every service I do.

Don't do evil stuffs. Help people. Do merchant quests (go to stores and talk to their owners) / other quests.

You can join any nation you want.

If you fire on friendlies, your reputation to that nation will definitely decrease.

4- How I can do to become a Pirate?

Increase your fame level just by being a bad ass in the Caribbean.
e.g. Do Quests/Missions - Sink many ships (pirate/non-pirate) - Sack towns - Kill many men - etc.

5-Where I find soe info about ships?I want learn about, for choose the best ship for every service I do.

Basically, do nice things! Rescue fair maidens in the jungles, tell citizens in towns when their wallets are about to fall out of their pockets, etc.

2- may I change allegiance, going to Portugal?

You can do whatever you want. If they like you, you can buy a LoM from them. And if they don't like you, you can buy amnesty first.

3- I don't want come again in the English quest and allegiance: if I attack English ships change something?

Are you playing the Standard storyline? Not following the main quest is as simple as not going to talk to the governor of Jamaica.

4- How I can do to become a Pirate?

You have to be famous first, then talk to the leader of the pirates on Nevis.
