Solved What does personal wealth do?

That isn't a bug; the money is added to your "Personal Wealth", not to your "Crew Fund".
You should see it below your character portrait in the F2>Character Menu.
There is an old, but still relevant description about this in "Documentation\New Horizons Tutorials & History.pdf" on page 275.

Okay now i see it, but still i dont understand one thing my personal wealth has it any use? It seems that i cant buy anything with it.

It makes you FAMOUS!
That doesn't have much impact on the game. Yet, because we do want to improve on that soon.

You can also donate it back to the crew fund. Press F2>Crew>Donate Money to Crew .
