What file controls what ships are available at each level of shipyard?

Quick question for anyone who may know, what file controls what ship is available at each levels of shipyards, it was the utils file under scripts in the original AOP, not sure where it is in COAS I dont not believe that it is in the same file...does anybody out there know? :shrug
 
Go to Age of Pirates 2\Program\scripts and look in ShipsUtilites, you will see the ships about half way down look for enteries similar to this one.

in these rands you can add anyone ship once per rand the more rands you add it too the more you will see it in shipyards and not sure if AOP had this problem but adding ships to rands incseases the chances of seeing them at see too. So in less you want a convoy of AI Frigates for example try to limit how much you add ships to each rand. :onya
