I too haven't been able to find them, but when I go home and play I will search Redmond island untill I find one....

Although Skull everytime I go into a house everyone attacks me..

kev you dont have to go in when you walk up to the door it should say tilors shop if its the right place.

Capt Cookie is right. The door has a "popup" that will indicate that it is the Tailor's shop. 8)

Are you starting a new game, or reloading a save?

Either way, best reinit to be sure. That's what creates the shops by the way, not the _first_ init, the _re_init.
