White ships

I have white ships in the world map every ship is even my ship so I have no idea who is who.
I have change the setting from 32bit to 16bit and still the same.
Any idea how to fix it I can still play the game (I don't remember this from build 13) its just a pain.

That is usually a sign that the Build Mod isn't installed correctly. Some of the textures have not been copied to where they belong.

You can check to see if there is a runme.bat file in the main game directory, if so. Run it.

If not, you may need to uninstall, reinstall and follow the build mod directions exactly.

This usually happens if you install on top of Build 13 FULL instead of Build 13 FINAL.
The full installer should not be available anymore though, as far as I'm aware.
If you were using an old installer, please redownload Build 13 and try again.

That would be it I believe can't check right now (wife has the hard drive) but I think it was build13 full as that was the last time I played before coming back now. I didn't even see there was two build 13.

That was it was build 13 full I had download build 13 final installed it all again and all good.

I do have one thing is there a way to have the flag for each ship over top, as it hard to see what flag they are flying.

Do you mean on the worldmap? I don't have the programs installed anymore to modify them.
You can also distinguish between nations based on the ship type:
Brig = England
Fleut = Holland
Frigate = France
Galleon = Spain
Schooner = Pirate
Caravel = Portugal

Of course your own ship is also a Brig, but you can easily tell since you're controlling that one.
And the USA also have the schooner, but those have got white sails instead of black.

I was meaning the world map (sorry could have made that clear) if you zoom right in as much as you can, you can see if you look very close what flag they have, but call me lazy I like to (I only say so if easy) have a big flag on top so right away you know who they are. I don't know what type of ship I am sailing myself 99% of the time without even remember what each ship looks like then what nation that means. If there something I could help with ask I don't know a lot but this is why we learn.

You can tell the nation from:
- ship type
- ship colour
- flag
- sails (sometimes)

It's a lot of trouble to move the flags to the top of the masts, so I'd rather not have to do that.
